Government of Poland pre-war bonds

A class action lawsuit claims that the government of Poland owes Holocaust victims living in the US pre-war state bonds. The suit claims that the Polish government knowingly deceived bondholders by failing to honor debts or establish a program whereby claims could be paid. The lawsuit could amount to over one billion euros that so far, Poland has refused to pay.
