from Pioneer Life Insurance Company in the state of Florida where Pioneer Life
or Washington National has rejected all or a portion of a claim on the Policy
due to the Lifetime Maximum Benefit Amount having been reached. The complaint
charges the Washington National Insurance Corporation with claims for breach
of contract.

I have paid in on this picy for 4 years..I had lumbar surgery from an accident July 2021..I pay for the policy and haven't recieved anything yet..its October 2021 already..please help me..

my parents purchased pioneer policies from pioneer life from 1994 with a 250k cap .180 day
daily benefit with an inflation guard. My dad is 95 and has alzheimers. please let me know
status of policies. claims are being paid by Washington national . Is the policy unlimited
now ?
