Saskatchewan Government

Retired Saskatchewan government employees allege the Saskatchewan government did not contribute to their pension plan on a 50-50 basis as agreed upon and claim it owes retirees millions of dollars. In a certified class action, the retirees claim that they put $100 million into the fund, but the government only contributed $2.8 million. Current and former government employees who belong to the Public Service Superannuation Plan could be involved.
