Starbucks Corp. Coupon Recall

Seattle - A nationwide lawsuit has been filed and is seeking class action status against Starbucks Corp., the Seattle based coffee company related to its recent recall of coupons entitling holders to a free iced drink. Starbucks Corp. e-mailed the free iced drink coupon in August to selected employees with instructions to forward the coupon to friends and family. Starbucks Corp. withdrew the offer when the e-mail distribution got out of control. The lawsuit alleges consumer fraud.
