A class action lawsuit claims Super Steel, in Schenectady, NY discriminated and harassed former African American employees. It alleges a climate of racial discrimination and hostility permeates the Super Steel workplace and hate crimes have been an ongoing problem. The complaint states that African American employees are threatened, harassed, criticized and denied advancement. As well, the company has minimized, ignored and excused the ongoing racial tension.

I was employed by Super Steel and I was injured on the job and they laid me off the following day.
