Superior Forestry Service



The Southern Poverty Law Center filed a lawsuit on behalf of migrant Mexican workers who allegedly were not paid as promised to plant trees in Tennessee. The suit claims the workers are entitled to back pay, travel expenses and other monetary damages. The Law Center is seeking class action on behalf of 1,500 workers who were employed by Superior Forestry Service.
