Ultimate Floors Inc.

A lawsuit has been filed and is seeking class action status against the flooring company for allegedly charging customers thousands of dollars for floors that were not installed properly or not delivered at all. The lawsuit claims Ultimate Floors was involved in false advertising, unfair and deceptive business practices and consumer fraud. Customers wooden floors have bulged and cracked and several had carpets installed by the company incorrectly. The company opened a store in Slatten Ranch in August 2003 and abruptly closed its doors in the beginning of July, 2006.
