A class action lawsuit has been filed against the world's largest retailer on behalf of current and former Wyoming employees. The suit claims Wal-Mart partook in time shaving by deleting thousands of hours of time worked from employee payroll records. Wal-Mart allegedly deleted overtime hours over 40 hours a week, deleted employee time card punches, and failed to pay employees for all reported time.
