A class action lawsuit has been filed against Wells Fargo & Co. on behalf of business systems employees, who have the job titles of "business systems analysts" and "business systems consultants." The suit alleges that Wells Fargo has a common practice of refusing to pay overtime compensation to these business systems employees by unlawfully characterizing them "exempt" in order to deprive them of overtime pay.
