A settlement has been reached and is pending court approval in the class action lawsuit filed against ACE Cash Express. The suit was in relation to the financial company's former offering of short-term loans from the Goleta National Bank at its stores. Under the terms of settlement, ACE and Goleta will cease all attempts to collect unpaid Goleta loans, and refund any borrower who has repaid their loan in full for a percentage of the finance charges paid by the borrower. I was 11 days late and told they could not accept a payment because my loan was in default. They did accept payment , charged me $24.50 more on my loan. They wanted to hold my check and send it to the bank at the end on the month.

Im I keep on harassing me at home on my cell phone with emails and it's a big scam I'm not giving them any money and I don't owe them any money how do you get a hold of somebody to request legal help I'm disabled just getting over cancer I also need to get on the class action lawsuit because I feel money is owed to me and I need this done as soon as possible

Ace is calling my relatives and me demanding I pay a closed out loan from 2014 threating to take me to court! also telling them the same info about me. Help stop this harassement they also contact place of business with these threats!!!

I have never heard of ace settlement before and now that are telling me I owe them 5000$ please help thay say that thay are going to have my pay taken from work please help.
