Bank of America

A $4.1 million dollar settlement has been approved in the class action lawsuit filed against the Bank of America on behalf of approximately 280 Washington state employees who alleged that they qualified for overtime pay that they were not receiving. The client managers and financial relationship managers who filed the suit, alleged that under the Washington Minimum Wage Act and the federal Fair Labor Standards Ac, they were entitled to payment for work completed outside of the 40 hours a week for which they were being paid.
