Barrier Therapeutics, Inc. Class Action Dismissed

Princeton, NJ: A putative securities class action lawsuit was filed against the dermatological pharmaceutical company, certain of its officers, and certain of the underwriters for the company's 2004 initial public offering and 2005 secondary offering. The complaint was filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of all those who purchased or held stocks between April 29, 2004 and June 29, 2005.
