A $56 million verdict has been approved in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of US farmers. The suit alleged that the company defrauded the plaintiffs in the sale of Poast herbicide from 1992-96 by selling the same herbicide as both Poast and Poast Plus. (Feb-19-04)
