Bayer Baycol Settlement

A settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of Canadians who took Baycol, a cholesterol-lowering drug. The suit alleged that the plaintiffs contracted rhabdomyolysis, a muscle disease, after taking the drug. (Dec-17-04) [PITTSBURGH LIVE]
