A settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of 12 residents of the county, many of whom have cerebral palsy. The suit was filed in order to seek better service for the plaintiffs, who would sometimes wait hours for service or have to contend with with broken wheelchair lifts in buses.
