A $170,000 settlement has been reached in the suit filed against Bonzi Software on behalf of millions of computer users. The suit was seeking class action status for the plaintiffs, who claimed that the company's ads fraudulently urged consumers to click links that would solve computer problems, however these links would take users to the company's site where products were sold. Under the terms of settlement, the company will not continue flooding the Internet with the advertising, and will stop using messages with an "OK" button, and instead they will use a "more info" button.
