Broadcom Corp.

Shareholders filed a class action lawsuit against the chipmaker for securities fraud. The class includes those who purchased common stock between July 31, 2000, and February 26, 2001. The lawsuit claimed Broadcom improperly accounted for millions of dollars in warrants given to customers.
