Cardiac Science, Inc. Class Action DIsmissed

Shareholders tried to file a class action lawsuit against the defibrillator manufacturer regarding the proposed merger with Quinton Cardiology Systems, Inc. Cardiac has executed a memorandum of understanding with plaintiffs to dismiss the lawsuit pending in the Delaware Chancery Court. Plaintiffs agreed to withdraw their motion for preliminary injunction and release all parties associated with the transaction regarding disclosure claims involving the merger.
