The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a class action lawsuit against the financial institute for racial and religious discrimination against their own employees. The Credit Union allegedly treated African American and non Mormon employees differently than other workers and has agreed to pay a $65,000 settlement. (Mar-09-05)
