A settlement has been reached in the securities class action lawsuit filed against Cutter & Buck Inc. The suit was in reference to the company's restatement of financial results for the fiscal years of 2000 and 2001. The settlement will be distributed as $4 million dollars in cash, with a possible additional $3 million dollars to be applied to any funds recovered from the ongoing suit against Genesis Insurance Company.
