A verdict has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of people who had existing .au ccTLD or gTLD domain names, received notices from Domain Names Australia and made payments as a result. The ruling justice in the case found that under the Trade Practices Act, the notices sent by DNA in July and September 2003 were misleading and deceptive. (Apr-13-04) [THE AGE]
