A $500,000 settlement has been reached in the lawsuit filed on behalf of 25 garment workers in several of the company's Manhattan factories. The suit, which had sought class action status, alleged that Donna Karan, as well as at least one other factory it used, Jen Chu Fashion Corp., had failed to pay minimum wages and withheld more than $1 million in overtime pay.
