A preliminary $16.5 million settlement has been reached between the computer services company and its employees. The class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of 401(k) investors who claimed the Texas based company withheld financial information before a drop in stock prices. Plaintiff brought the suit under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). (May-06-05)
