Approximately 20,000 Enron employees who lost their pension funds filed a class action lawsuit against their former employer. A federal judge approved a final settlement of $69 million to be awarded to the workers through two insurance policies. The lawyers who worked on the case for over four years will receive an extra $17 million for their work. (May-28-05)
