A $92 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of residents of Bogalusa, Louisiana. The suit was filed in regards to an Oct. 23, 1995 gas leak which caused 3,000 residents to be evacuated and 4,000 to be sent to hospital emergency rooms. (Dec-11-03) [HERALD TRIBUNE]

Do you have information on a class action settlement re: past long term employees of Gaylord Container? My brother is getting money from my father's claim without including me, aren't I also entitled to part of the settlement?
