A settlement has been reached in three class action lawsuits filed on behalf of shareholders. The suit alleged that the GSE board breached its fiduciary duty by authorizing the merger of GSE with an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Code Hennessy & Simmons IV LP. (Apr-08-04)
