A $3.5 million settlement has been approved in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of instructors. The suit alleged that the college was paying its male instructors more than their female peers, and that part-time teachers were not adequately paid for "time spent grading papers, class-preparation time and student/teacher meetings."
