A verdict has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed regarding the state's "no pass, no drive" law which applied to 16- and 17-year-olds in school districts with alternative education programs. The Kentucky Supreme Court found the law unconstitutional. (Dec-19-03) [EMAIL KTC]
