A $132.2 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of consumers, vitamin retailers and livestock farmers. The suit alleged that the defendants conspired to fix prices on 10 bulk vitamins and food additives sold in Canada from 1990 to 1998. (Dec-11-04)
