A settlement of $375 per worker has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of the company's former employees. The suit was filed under the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act and claimed that the company should have given the employees 60 days notice when it shut down in December 2001 and January 2002.
