A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit filed on behalf of consumers who between December 1, 1998, and Sept. 8, 2003 purchased any of the 325 DVDs that may have had a wide-screen defect. The suit claimed that the wide-screen measurements on over 300 movies were wrong, and it affected the way the movie looked on TV screens. Claim forms must be postmarked before Mar-31-05.
