A tentative settlement of $2.5 million dollars has been reached in the securities class action filed against Nanophase Technologies. The suit was filed regarding the company's disclosures about its dealings with its British customer Celox. Class members include persons who purchased shares of the Company's common stock from April 5, 2001 through October 24, 2001. (Jun-16-03)
