After the company pulled out from a well drilling project off Nova Scotia, US shareholders filed a class action lawsuit alleging securities fraud. The securities suit claimed Canadian Superior issued false and misleading statements after the I-85 project was abandoned. US Shareholders are set to receive a $3.2 million securities fraud settlement. (Jun-10-05)
