Quality Dining, Inc. Class Action Dismissed

The St. Joseph County Superior Court has dismissed the purported stockholder class action lawsuit previously filed on behalf of shareholders. The suit was entitled Bruce Alan Crown Grantors Trust vs. Quality Dining, Inc., et al, Cause No. 71 D04 0406 PL 299. (Feb-09-05)
