Preliminary approval has been granted in the settlement of the class action lawsuit filed against Rexall Sundown, Inc. regarding the sale of the company's anti-cellulite dietary supplement, "Cellasene", which plaintiffs claim violated state and federal laws regarding unfair competition and false advertising. The company will pay $12 million dollars into a Consumer Redress Fund to compensate those who purchased Cellasene. (Jun-16-03)
