A class action was filed against one of the world's largest tobacco companies for allegedly misleading consumers about light cigarettes. Minnesota Judge Diana Eagon dismissed all of the states resident's claims because they conflicted with the federal Cigarette Labeling and Advertising Act. (May-12-05)
