Campus Apartments and Professional Property Management

Over 200 tenants from the Arcata apartment complex filed a lawsuit against the owners and managers of their residents. The plaintiffs filed a class action lawsuit over the existence of structural defects, including rotten support beams on the south balconies of the complex. The defects endangered the health and safety of tenants who were eventually ordered to vacate the premises. Plaintiff will share a portion of the $300,000 settlement. (Jun-02-05) [TIMES STANDARD]
