St. Petersburg, FL: (Mar-08-07) A putative class action suit was filed against the innovative technology solutions company and certain individuals for securities fraud. The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida against SendTec, formally known as RelationServe, and some of its officers and directors on behalf of a nationwide class of investors alleging securities laws violations in connection with the purchase of company stock during the period May 24, 2005 to August 2006.
