A $120,000 settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of people who were held in the county jail for more than 48 hours without seeing a judge. The suit was filed by about 100 people who were held between Sept. 4, 2000, and Jan. 31, 2003. (Jun-18-04) [KANSAS]
