A settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of motorists who used the company's gasoline between March 2001 and April 2002. The suit alleged that the company used an additive that was not disclosed and which damaged the plaintiff's fuel pumps or gauges. The settlement applies in all Canadian provinces except Quebec.
