Siebel Systems Inc.

San Mateo, CA: A class action lawsuit was filed against the company alleging unpaid overtime. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of all workers at the company's offices in Emeryville, San Mateo and elsewhere in California. Class members include 800 employees with the job title "software engineer" or "senior software engineer" who worked for Siebel Systems between January 16, 2000 and October 7, 2005.
