Siltronic Corp.

A proposed settlement of $5.75 million has been offered to settle two class action lawsuits filed on behalf of more than 1,000 current and former workers who were employed by the company from November 1997 to August 2001. The suits were seeking compensation for time spent by the employees to put on and take off protective gear before entering the company's dirt-free work rooms in Portland.
