Sodexho Alliance Racial Discrimination Settlement

Current and former African American managers filed a class action lawsuit against their employer for racial discrimination. The world's second largest food service provider has agreed to pay an $80 million settlement and will continue to promote its diversity programs. (Apr-27-05) [BUSINESS WEEK]
