Over 500,000 TriWest beneficiaries tried to file a punative class action lawsuit against the company after computer equipment was stolen from a company facility in December of 2002. The United States District Court for the District of Arizona has dismissed the potential class action lawsuit; not a single incident of identity theft has been attributed to the theft. (Sep-09-05)
