Trustreet Properties Inc. Class Action Dismissed

On February 25, a reverse merger between CNL Restaurant Properties Inc., U.S. Restaurant Properties Inc. and 18 CNL income funds took place and shareholders tried to file a class action lawsuit alleging securities fraud. The suit claimed the reverse merger did not benefit investors and sought to resolve the CNL restaurant trust's financial problems.
