A settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of minors who received a ticket before Sept. 4, 2003 for being in a lounge. The suit alleged that Tuscaloosa police unlawfully ticketed the plaintiffs, and under the settlement they will have the charge dropped from their criminal record. (Dec-09-04)
