A settlement has been approved in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of anyone who bought "excess value" package insurance between August 1994 and October 2003. The suit alleged that the company overcharged for this package insurance, and according to the settlement, anyone who can prove that they purchased the insurance during the class period will receive a free shipping voucher from the company.
