Wal-Mart. The U.S. appellate court has ruled in favor of the defendants in the class action lawsuit filed by pharmacists alleged that they were owed overtime wages. The appeals court overruled a lower court's 1999 ruling that Wal-Mart Stores was liable for violating federal labor guidelines. (Feb-03-05)
