A class action lawsuit has been filed against Cincinnati Bell Wireless on behalf of subscribers. The suit alleges that for over a year, the company has been illegally charging customers roaming charges for wireless phone calls made within Cincinnati and within a "no-charge zone" of the AT&T Wireless Network.
