Bristol Myers Squibb announced a federal probe into its plan to keep the generic version of Plavix, their top selling blood-thinner drug, off the market. The investigation, it was reported, may lead to fines and leave the company vulnerable to civil suits by consumers or competitors.

If you are a member of any of Bristol Myers Squibb investment savings plans, 401(K) plans, or retirement plans and purchased or held the Company's stock in one of those Plans during the periods March 21, 2006 through July 26, 2006, you may have a claim.
